Waste management
Accumular has been authorized for waste management since 2007 and its main activity is transboundary movement of hazardous and non-hazardous waste to EU member states, e.g. Germany, Austria, Hungary and other countries, to specific treatment facilities (thermal waste treatment, physico-chemical waste treatment, permanent waste disposal, etc.). Transboundary movement of waste is carried out with the application of Croatian and international legislation, and especially the following regulations:
After the waste has been taken over and shipped, the
waste producer/holder receives an international
accompanying sheet showing that the waste has been
exported and processed. The complete documentation
of the exported waste, which is made available to
the environmental inspection and proves its
disposal, consists of: approvals/permits for
transboundary shipment of the waste, Croatian
accompanying sheet and international accompanying
list - Movement document
