The company Accumular d.o.o., whose business is waste management, recognizes the need for its own continuous training and improvement as the field of waste management is rapidly evolving. In the past, waste management in developed societies focused on disposal. However, nowadays the emphasis is put on circular economy and there is significant growth in the direction of waste processing and reuse technologies.
The goal of Accumular d.o.o. is to continuously improve in the field of waste management and to share knowledge and experience gained from its own practice through examples that are successful and proven to function, as preferred by the European/global standards.
For this reason, in order to contribute to modern waste management in Croatia, Accumular d.o.o. founded the College Sustainable Development in 2014, which is authorized for the education of waste management officers and responsible persons. The aim of the College Sustainable Development in the upcoming period is to expand its educational activities to other areas related to environmental protection and sustainable development.
